Rotterdam Business Association believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium.

We pledge that Rotterdam Business Association will not release your personal data to anyone else without your consent.

When we do present information to our advertisers, unless you tell us otherwise, it is in the form of aggregate statistics compiled among all our visitors' answers to survey questions as well as grouped on-site behavior.

The restrictions on the use of RotterdamOnline.net are fairly relaxed:

• Information/knowledge available on RotterdamOnline.net can be used by anyone with written consent.

• Framing of any part of RotterdamOnline.net is prohibited.
• Any software available through Rotterdam Business Association remains the property of the author or licensor.
• Links to RotterdamOnline.net images are prohibited.
• The use of robots or browsers to bulk download pages for offline viewing is prohibited. Offending IP addresses will be barred from accessing RotterdamOnline.net.

Requests for purchase, let or hire of any part of Rotterdam Business Association in any format (electronic, paper etc) must be made to the author of the relevant item.

We do NOT share e-mail addresses, obtained via communcation with visitors to Rotterdam Business Association, with anyone.

This means that we know the originating IP (e.g. 18.29.0.1) address of an agent requesting a URL, the visitor's domain name, referral data, and browser and platform type. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log files to determine which files are most requested.

We use cookies to provide useful features on our website for our customers (for example, they enable us to personalise your visit to our website). Cookies themselves do not personally identify users (although they do identify a user's computer). Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies.
